Specifically, the care received from David!! From the very beginning, without ever meeting me.. he understood my dilemma, and made it possible to achieve my needs even in this difficult economic time. Through every step.. and my 'zillions' of questions.. his response was swift and defined.. leaving me no doubt that I was in good hands! I trust that they will be in perfect condition as I left them! I am a personal assistant for one of the most prominent women from The Bay Area, CA who recently moved to NY to be with her daughter. Being 70-something, she has beliefs and principles that are totally old school. One of them is to make sure she shows appreciation to people, especially those that have worked for her, for a job well done. In this case, a great thank you is in order for Ori Van Lines as she is more than just satisfied with the service they have provided for her move. As her personal assistant, I took care of all the arrangements with the moving company. I had such a pleasure speaking with Mike, especially when I told him about my boss’ concern on her antique furniture and paintings collections. God forbids anything happens to the baby grand piano from circa 1890; or her 18th century chandelier that she inherited from her grandmother; or the collection of paintings that she either inherited from her art collector of a father or she bid a hefty price on auctions. Mike told me that Ori Van Lines offers custom wood crating for the items that we are transporting that needed extra protection. My boss was so relieved! As soon as the items arrived in NY, my boss felt so at ease as if she never left home.

Hi Freddie, Just a quick note to let you know how pleased we were with the two movers you provided for us last week. These gentlemen were very professional, extremely hard working and a pleasure to deal with. They arrived on time, were very courteous and did an excellent job of moving furniture, boxes and appliances through a difficult passage and small elevator to the ground floor. From there, they did an outstanding job of loading the truck to both maximize its available space and to insure a safe trip. I am happy to say that everything arrived in San Jose in great shape and the movers who unloaded the truck even commented on the professionalism of the loading.Thanks very much for your assistance in making an already stressful situation for my 89-year-old mother much, much easier to deal with. You can be sure I will recommend your services to others in the future!
